Senior Director, Global Head of Corporates & Specialty Solutions Business
Michael O’Connell serves as the head of the Corporates & Specialty Solutions business for S&P Global Market Intelligence. In this role, Michael is responsible for setting the strategic business and product direction for an organization that serves non-financial corporates, professional services firms, academics and public institutions. The team is responsible for all product management, market development and thought leadership efforts that are directed toward these corporate segments.
Previously, Michael served as Senior Director for SNL Financial’s cross-sector businesses. This included the IR Solutions website product, SNL’s Knowledge Center conference and seminar business, News products and Product Management for SNL’s cross-vertical content sets.
With over 25 years of experience leading product management and business teams for companies in the financial information and communications industries, Michael has also served in senior Product, Marketing and Business Development roles for ISS/RiskMetrics, Primark and SkyTel.
Michael has a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the George Washington University School of Business.
Global Head of Corporates Business
Since first joining S&P Capital IQ in 2006, Thomas has held several analytical and client development positions. As part of the Application Specialist team he is currently involved in innovating new offerings and solutions that reach across asset and product categories, writing research that highlights the power of S&P Capital IQ capabilities and actively participating in analytical and consultative sales engagements.
Thomas has an extensive background in finance covering both fixed income and equity markets with significant work in risk and valuation capabilities. With 15 years of industry experience, Thomas has held positions focusing on consulting, project management, software development and product design.
Thomas holds an MBA with honors in finance and accounting from New York University Stern School of Business and a B.S. in physics from the University of Virginia.
Global Head of Corporates Market Development
Pavle Sabic is a Director on the Market Development team in the Product & Content division of S&P Capital IQ. In this global role, Mr. Sabic focuses on thought leadership and global business development – including client workflow and pre- and post-sales solutions. He joined the firm’s London office in 2011, where he also covered business development in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Prior to joining S&P Capital IQ, Mr. Sabic was a product specialist in the risk management division of State Street Investment Analytics. He began his career at Kames Capital – formerly AEGON AM – as a Fixed Income Analyst.
Mr. Sabic graduated with a degree in Mathematics and Economics from Herriot-Watt University in Edinburgh and holds an MSC in Finance and Investment from the University of Edinburgh. He also has an FRM certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
Global Head of Coporates Product Management
Bradley Scott is Head of Corporates product management for S&P Global Market Intelligence’s Corporates and Investor Relations segment which includes the Capital IQ Desktop and SNL IR web hosting platforms. Prior to SNL Financial’s acquisition by McGraw Hill Financial, he served as industry head for SNL’s IR Solutions group, overseeing all strategic initiatives for the investor relations business. Bradley has nearly a decade of product management experience, and is a regular contributor to various IR industry publications, and served as a speaker/panel moderator at National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) events. Prior to joining S&P Global Market Intelligence, he began his career as an analyst with JPMorgan Chase. Bradley holds a BA in Economics from Tufts University.
Director, Global Head of Marketing, Corporates and Specialty Solutions
Denise Chang leads the Global Marketing team for the Corporates and Specialty Solutions segment of S&P Global Market Intelligence. Driving the marketing strategy, Denise is focused on increasing global awareness and interest of the company’s products and services. Denise very much has an international remit as she has worked in the UK and the Americas. She joined the firms London office in 2008 and as of 2011 has been based in NYC.
Prior to joining S&P Global Market Intelligence, Denise spent 4 years leading the Internet Marketing division at Doubleday Publishing, the largest book club operator in the world; Denise successfully acquired one million new customers per year through the online channel. She began her career in marketing consulting at Worth Linen Associates, where she managed online media for book and music clubs, publishers, credit card marketers, and venture capital firms. She brings a wealth of expertise in marketing and event strategy, lead generation and nurturing, digital marketing, and project management.
Denise holds an M.B.A. with honors in Marketing from Adelphi University and a B.S. in Advertising & Marketing Communications from The Fashion Institute of Technology.
Global Head of Sales Engineering
Tony manages a global team of Sales Engineers focused on successful deployments of S&P Capital IQ’s analytical solutions. This over 100-member team of professionals in 15 cities includes CFAs, MBAs, former investment bankers, technologists, chartered accounts, traders, consultants, and buy-side professionals.
Prior to joining S&P Capital IQ, Tony worked for Thomson Reuters and The Carson Group for 15 years in several managerial positions. This included running the Capital Markets Consulting business, which provided analytical and advisory services to Equity Capital Markets desks at bulge-bracket investment banks.
Tony holds an MBA from Cornell, an MA from Columbia, and a BS degree from NYU/ Stern.
Richard Peterson is a Senior Director at S&P Global Market Intelligence. In his current role, Richard provides in-depth evaluation of capital markets activity from M&A transactions, IPO issuance, corporate cash balances and fixed-income underwriting. His analysis is featured in several GMI publications including Deal Detector, M&A Trends, IPO Trends, and Corporate Cash Trends. Also, he provides commentary to The Lookout Report as well as CUSIP Global Services’ CUSIP Trends, a monthly compilation of new securities identifier trends.
Previously he served as Chief Market Strategist at Securities Data Company and Senior Research Analyst at Thomson Reuters Propriety Research. Richard is the author of Inside IPOs (McGraw-Hill) and has frequently appeared on CNBC, Fox Business and other financial media programs as well as being quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, The New York Times and Barron’s. He previously wrote an IPO column for CNET.com.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University, attended Rutgers Graduate School and earned a J.D. from Rutgers Law School.

Director of ETF and Mutual Fund Research
Todd Rosenbluth is a Senior Director at S&P Global Market Intelligence and is Director of ETF and Mutual Fund Research in the United States, leading the firm’s holdings-based research efforts. He publishes regular thought leadership content on equity and fixed income products, maintains the quantitative fund models and supports client needs. He also serves as a member of Portfolio Strategy Committee, and the Investment Policy Committee.
Prior to his current role, Todd was a Group Head and has responsibility for stocks within the telecom services, telecom equipment, electric and gas utilities industries. Todd was named in the 2011 The Wall Street Journal’s Best on the Street Survey for his coverage of telecom services stocks. Todd previously served in other financial positions at the company such as International Mutual Fund Sector Specialist and Large Cap Value and Large Cap Growth Analyst, as well as serving on the Fund Services Asset Allocation Committee.
In 1997, Todd received a B.G.S in Finance from the University of Michigan and received an MBA in Finance from New York University in 2002.
